A structural conflict in the Israeli real estate system

In many transactions, the agent representing you is also the seller's agent on that same property - holding the listing, and earning a commission from the seller. When a buyer engages that same agent, or is shown that listing directly, the agent can end up compensated by both sides of a single deal.

This is a common and long-standing structure in real estate, but it creates a built-in conflict and your interests are not protected. Buy It Property Consulting is retained by the buyer only, and is not affiliated with any seller, developer, or listing. Our job is to protect your interests only, at every stage.

I've lived in Israel for 19 years through army service, university, and close to 7 years practicing as a transactional lawyer at one of Israel's largest law firms. This foundation enables me to bring a unique blend of legal precision and deep local insight to every transaction.

I grew up in Australia before moving to Israel, and I've maintained deep connections across English-speaking communities abroad ever since. That gives me a rare vantage point: I understand both how Israeli property transactions work, and what international buyers need in order to navigate them with confidence from a distance.

Buy It Property Consulting exists because that gap between finding a property and actually closing on it from overseas is where most foreign buyers get stuck. I built this business to close it.
